Oh how we love Chicken Parmigiano or Chicken Parm as it is lovingly referred to – and it is Italian-American comfort food at its best!  It is one of those recipes that everyone should know how to make and it is so easy!  Chicken Parm consists of chicken cutlets, breaded and fried, then baked with a marinara sauce, topped with Mozzarella, Provolone or Provel (a famous St. Louis cheese) and of course – Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.  In this class, you will also learn how to make home made Tagliatelle pasta.  Tagliatelle pasta is a long, thin ribbon pasta similar to fettucine only narrower.   Join Alessandra and local home cooks Frank and Nancy Bodine (Francesco and Annunziata) as they give you an inside look into their Cucina and how to make this melt in your mouth dish.
