One of the most popular cooking classes I offer—learning to make irresistible focaccia bread is the perfect class for people who want to get hands-on training. In this class, you’re in control as you get to experiment with different toppings and arrangements to make sure your bread is as unique as you are.

What makes focaccia so popular is its ability to taste great with so many different arrangements. From traditional olive oils and herbs to more unique toppings like fruits and chocolate, focaccia always seems to delight. Join us and learn the secrets of this ever-popular bread.


What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The store is located on East 4th, at street level, across the AC Hotel.

There is street parking in front of the store and south of the store on E 4th. around.  Parking meters run until 9pm.  There is also a parking garage on E 2nd between Grand and Locust. A free parking ramp across the Historical Building


What can I bring into the event?

You can bring your beverage of choice…wine, beer or fancy soft drink. I have water, wine and beer glasses, wine opener and wine poorer.


What’s the refund policy?

Your place is safe with prepayment. If you must cancel the class please do so at least 3 days prior to the scheduled date for a refund.  If you have to cancel the day prior the class or the same day, you can come to another class just if I still have space available. So call me the morning of the class and if I have space you can come and use your credit.

No refund for missed class.

An online payment or gift certificate is require to book a class and your booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
