3 cheese sauce with Orecchiette: Creamy and dangerously cheesy white sauce.
April 15th: Calzoni: meat or vegetarian (Bring your rolling pin)
Come and have fun making this type of pizza: folded over and shaped like a crescent, filled with wonderful flavorful sausage or with fresh and colorful vegetables!
April 22nd: Parmigiana
Delicious slices of fried eggplant alternated with tomato sauce, Mozzarella and Parmigiano cheeses!
April 29th: Green Lasagna 3 Cheeses (Bring your rolling pin)
Exquisite, white, cheesy and unique, handmade lasagna. You’ll learn how to roll the lasagna dough to “build” this famous dish!
May 6th: 3 sweet Tiramisu’
Let’s have fun with Tiramisu’! We’ll make 3 different version of it! "Coffee Tiramisu", "Forest fruits Tiramisu" and "White chocolate Tiramisu".
May 13th: Fettuccine con ragu’ di costarelle ( ribs ragu’) (Bring your rolling pin)

Finally summer has arrived! Dinner on the deck with friends and family…you cannot miss this class because we’ll make Panzanella, Tuna salami and more seasonal appetizers
