April 24th: Parmigiana

Delicious fried eggplant slices alternate with tomato sauce Mozzarella cheese and Parmigiano: the king of cheeses!

May 15th: Spring, spring, spring! Soups from Toscana

Pappa col pomodoro.”Tomato pap”: the best tomato, the best olive oil and the best bread!
Ginestrata . Sweet, sour and creamy! Is an absolutely delicious soup!
Stracciatella. Traditional for all big lunches, Simple, tasty and healty!

May 29th: Le pizzelle

Fried small pizzas. Traditionally topped with tomato sauce, we’ll try to pair it with ricotta cheese, prosciutto, salami or mozzarella cheese cheese! Ideal for parties, cocktail and informal dinners.

June 12th: “Saltimbocca” alla Alessandra
