Cooking Lessons

I can organize a cooking class in your home if you have a curiosity for new flavors and the spirit of adventure to touch, smell and create new things.  Then, if you are a group of 6 to 30 people, we will get together and cook!

I'll teach you whatever you wish to learn about Italian cooking, the origin of the dish we'll prepare and a bit of history, modern or ancient, about the city the dish is from.

So, if you want to celebrate a birthday, a bachelorette party, girls night out,  Mothers Day, Valentine's Day, or you just want to celebrate the beauty of cooking, contact me!

Also, I can host classes and demonstrations in such places as coffee shops, restaurants and cultural centers.  In this case I love to plan a series of four lessons; the first class we learn an entree, the second a pasta, the third a meat or fish dish and the fourth a dessert!!  Just like the courses in a typical Italian meal!
