DESCRIPTION:Join us for a hands-on cooking class where you will make your o
 wn fresh spaghetti from scratch and top it with a bright lemon sauce inspir
 ed by the Amalfi Coast.\nEach participant will prepare and shape their own 
 spaghetti\, then cook it . The lemon sauce will be prepared in advance and 
 ready for you\, and I will guide you step by step through the final prepara
 tion.\nBring your wine if you want. Indulge in a bubbly one!!! Great for th
 is dish!\nIMPORTANT: Please\, please\, please\, please\, please\, read CARE
 FULLY the cancellation policy before to reserve your spot. Also remember th
 at classes will be held rain or shine!!!!\nThe Cancellation Policy is at th
 e bottom of Cooking Classes Page.\n\n\n\n\n– Parking is available on the 
 street close to the store. There are 2 big parking garage in the East Villa
 ge as well.\n\n\n\n\n– The store is situate on East 4th\, on street level
 \, across from Stick’s (so don’t go inside the building).\n\n\n\n\n– 
 Tap water is provided in class.\n\n\n\n–  Please bring any beverage you 
 want. I have Wine glasses and openers.\n–  Please DON’T bring any extr
 a food to class. You are going to prepare something that will be enough for
  dinner. While we explain the class you can nibble the focaccia bread that 
 you will find on the table .Let’s have fun!!!!!\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBring your
  favorite beverage — this dish pairs beautifully with a glass of bubbly!\
