 odles from scratch. The Bolognese ragù will be prepared in advance\, but t
 he full recipe and a step-by-step demonstration will be provided so you can
  recreate it at home.\nYou will assemble your own lasagna\, bake it\, and t
 hen enjoy it together in good company and a happy\, relaxed atmosphere.\nBr
 ing your favorite beverage—if you enjoy wine\, a nice red wine pairs perf
 ectly with this dish\, but feel free to bring any drink you like.\nCome hun

  is available on the street close to the store. There are 2 big parking ga
 rage in the East Village as well.\nThe store is situate on East 4th\, on s
 treet level\, across from Stick’s (so don’t go inside the building).\n\
 n– Tap water is provided in class.\n\nPlease bring any beverage you wa
 nt. I have Wine glasses and openers.\nPlease DON’T bring any extra food
  to class. You are going to prepare something that will be enough for dinn
 er.  While we explain the class you can nibble the focaccia bread that yo
 u will find on the table.\nPlease bring your To Go Containers (optional)\n\
