 properly prepare\, slice\, and fry eggplants for a delicious traditional Pa
 rmigiana. For safety reasons\, the eggplants will already be fried\, but yo
 u will assemble your own Parmigiana during class. I will also demonstrate t
 he frying process step by step so you can confidently make it again and aga
 in at home for your family and friends.\nBring your favorite beverage\, enj
 oy a relaxed evening\, and make new friends along the way.\nViva la Parmigi

 ig parking garage in the East Village as well.\nThe store is situate on Ea
 st 4th\, on street level\, across from Stick’s (so don’t go inside the 
 building).\n\n– Tap water is provided in class.\n\nPlease bring any be
 verage you want. I have Wine glasses and openers.\nPlease DON’T bring an
 y extra food to class. You are going to prepare something that will be eno
 ugh for dinner.  While we explain the class you can nibble the focaccia b
 read that you will find on the table.\nPlease bring a container for left ov
 er….just in case….\n\nLet’s have fun!!!!!
