 l teach you how to make pretzel dough\, twist it into a perfect pretzel and
  dip it into lye before baking.\nWe are also making Obatzda a famous cheese
 -beer dip to go with the pretzels.\nPlease bring your own beverage.\nIMPORT
 ANT: Please\, please\, please\, please\, please\, read CAREFULLY the cancel
 lation policy before to reserve your spot. Also remember that classes will 
 be held rain or shine!!!!\nThe Cancellation Policy is at the bottom of Cook
 ing Classes Page.\n\n\n\n\n– Parking is available on the street close to 
 the store. There are 2 big parking garage in the East Village as well.\n\n\
 n\n\n– The store is situate on East 4th\, on street level\, across from S
 tick’s (so don’t go inside the building).\n\n\n\n\n– Tap water is pro
 vided in class.\n–  Please bring any beverage you want. I have Wine glas
 ses and openers.\n–  Please DON’T bring any extra food to class. You a
 re going to prepare something that will be enough for dinner.\n\n\n\n\nBrin
