DESCRIPTION:Traditional—at least the way we make it in my house! In this 
 hands-on class\, you’ll learn how to make fresh pasta noodles from scratc
 h\, just like my Nonna taught me. We’ll use those homemade noodles to bui
 ld a comforting\, classic lasagna layered with rich meat sauce\, mozzarella
 \, and Parmigiano.\nLet’s warm up\, roll pasta\, talk\, laugh\, and enjoy
  making this easy\, delicious\, and heart-warming dish together.\nBYOB if y
 ou’d like—bring your favorite drink and have fun in the kitchen!\n\n\nP
 arking  is available on the street close to the store. There are 2 big pa
 rking garage in the East Village as well. Do not park in the back of the bu
 ilding.\nThe store is situate on East 4th\, on street level\, across from 
 Stick’s (so don’t go inside the building).\n\n– Tap water is provid
 ed in class.\n\nPlease bring any beverage you want. I have Wine glasses an
 d openers.\nPlease DON’T bring any extra food to class. You are going t
 o prepare something that will be enough for dinner.  While we explain the
  class you can nibble the focaccia bread that you will find on the table.\n
