 a Crescent and Cinnamon Stars!\nWho doesn’t like cookies?\nWe will make 2
  very famous German Christmas cookies I baked all my childhood with my pare
 nts.\nI also will have some extras for you to enjoy during class. Bring you
 r own beverage and let’s have fun! Cookies contain tree nuts\, eggs\, whe
 at.\nMy name is Conny. I’m born in Germany and lived there until my mid 3
 0s. My Mom and Grandma were the first to teach me how to cook and bake. The
 y did it so well my first idea about an occupation was to be a cook!\nAfter
  I moved to America I was home to raise my boys. During this time I spend l
 ots of time in the kitchen to feed my family. My boys know a lot of German 
 dishes!\nDuring this time I started cake decoration and made all the birthd
 ay cakes for my family. I also made petit fours for weddings and baked brea
 d for a restaurant.\nLater on I worked as a cook and baker in a wonderful t
 ea house in Ohio\, had an episode as head cook for a middle school in Wauke
 e and recently helped prepare delicious dishes at the Wallace Centers of Io
 wa. \nI’m the owner of SunRose Bakery where I focus on baking gluten-fre
 e and vegan goods. \nI’m very happy to teach you my favorite German dish

 . There are 2 big parking garage in the East Village as well.\nThe store is
  situate on East 4th\, on street level\, across from Stick’s (so don’t
  go inside the building).\n\n– Tap water is provided in class.\n\nPleas
 e bring any beverage you want. I have Wine glasses and openers.\nPlease D
 ON’T bring any extra food to class. You are going to prepare something t
 hat will be enough for dinner.\n\nLet’s have fun!!!!!
