Pasta with Three Classic Italian Sauces/August 4th
Pasta with Three Classic Italian Sauces – Demonstration Class
Let’s celebrate pasta with three of the most iconic Italian sauces, each representing a different region and tradition.
1. Ragù Bolognese
A rich, slow-cooked classic from Emilia-Romagna, full of depth and flavor.
2. Amatriciana
A beloved sauce from Lazio, made with delicious guanciale, tomato, and Pecorino Romano.
3. Quattro Formaggi
The most “modern” of the three—creamy, velvety, and indulgent, made with a blend of gorgonzola, fontina, Parmigiano Reggiano, and Pecorino Romano.
This is a demonstration class, where we will explore different types of pasta, discuss regional flavors and traditions, and of course, enjoy tasting each dish together.
