Join Chef Jackie for a cozy and interactive evening as we make handcrafted pierogi from scratch!
In this class, you will learn how to mix, roll, fill, and shape pierogi dough before watching
them transform into pillowy dumplings.

Handmade Pierogi – Potato & Cheddar -Classic, creamy, and cheesy!
Polish Cucumber Salad – Creamy dill dressing with crisp cucumbers
Caramelised Onion Butter – Chef-prepared topping to drizzle over pierogi
What to Expect:
Hands-on pierogi making from start to finish, including mixing, rolling, filling, and
shaping the dough
Chef-led cooking demonstration for boiling and pan-frying pierogi
A delicious meal to enjoy together!

– Parking is available on the street close to the store. There are 2 big parking garage in the East Village as well.
– The store is situate on East 4th, on street level, across from Stick’s (so don’t go inside the building).
– Tap water is provided in class.
- – Please bring any beverage you want. I have Wine glasses and openers.
- – Please DON’T bring any extra food to class.
- – Please bring a container for left over….just in case….
